| The biggest driver for the TGLO share rise today seems
to be individual investors who want to get in on the
next big one and who know little, if anything, about
the stocks theyre buying. The first rule of investing
is know what youre investing in. Those trying to dip
and flip (buy a stock in the hopes it keeps rising,
just to dump it a few hours later) may find themselves
getting burned--most times thats the individual
investor. |

Simple question. I was born in Montreal, Quebec which makes me
Canadian. But i have a greencard and TIN (tax id number) that allows
me to live in the U.S of A. Am i permitted to buy into American
corporate Initial Public Offerings (IPO) while living in Canada or
must i have a residency in the states before i can participate?
So why does a canadian ask an Oz.invest newsgroup about legalities of
investing in USA ?
heaven knows....... |

| Im a novice investor, and interested in investing in IPOs. But from
what I can tell from watching CNBC that it is real hard for the
individual investor to get their hands on these when they are first
issued. Could someone please explain to me why this is. |
